1. Buy on the website<\/h2>\n

Select the lighting products or furniture accessories, check the dimensions, specifications, and quantity, and add them to your cart. Before payment, you will view the total price, including any delivery costs. Carefully check the address, street number, and name on the intercom, as well as any details that may be useful for the courier. <\/p>\n

After sending the order, you will receive a notification at the email address indicated. For details on the conclusion of the contract, availability, and sales conditions, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. <\/p>\n

2. Payment methods<\/h2>\n

PayPal, bank transfer and credit and debit cards are available, depending on the options shown at checkout.<\/p>\n

We do not apply specific surcharges for the use of payment tools in cases prohibited by law. The eventual total costs are, however, indicated before the order is sent. <\/p>\n

3. Payment with PayPal<\/h2>\n

By selecting PayPal, you can complete the transaction using the payment methods enabled by the circuit. Payment details are processed by the service provider in accordance with its information policies and security measures. VERDURE receives the necessary information to confirm the payment and manage the order. <\/p>\n

In the event of a refund due, the amount is returned using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n

4. Payment by bank transfer<\/h2>\n

Select “Bank transfer” in the checkout. Make the transfer to VERDURE SRL \u2014 IBAN IT86W0529703200CC1500102404 \u2014 BIC\/SWIFT BPFRIT3FXXX, indicating the order number in the reference field.<\/p>\n

The order is initiated for shipping after the actual credit is credited and the corresponding verification is complete. Bank processing times may vary, and simply sending a payment authorization does not guarantee credit. If we do not receive payment within 10 calendar days from the order, we may cancel it and notify you by email. <\/p>\n

Bank transfers from non-EU accounts are not accepted.<\/p>\n

5. Failed payments, anomalies and assistance<\/h2>\n

In case of unsuccessful payment, avoid repeating the transaction before checking the order status. If you encounter a double charge or an unusual amount, contact us at info@verdurenod.com, attaching the order number and transaction references, without sending complete card details. <\/p>\n
